Fully renovated property just a 200m level stroll to beach and a 50m level stroll around the corner to the lake.
ALL LINEN INCLUDED-LOVELY FLUFFY WHITE TOWELS AND CRISPY WHITE SHEETS-professionally laundered.

Just one hour north of Sydney....Lovely north facing original 4 bedroom beach house that has been completely renovated. You get the beachy feel with all the modern conveniences, such as fully ducted air conditioning, dishwasher and 2 smart TVs.

Leave the car in the secure off street area all week if you wish as you can stroll to the end of the road (level 200m walk) to the beautiful beach. If you prefer you can wander around the corner to the clean and safe swimming lake (level 50m walk). It's an easy walk to patrolled areas at either end of the beach as well as the natural rock pool that is perfect for toddlers. You can easily walk across the beach to Avoca where you will find tennis courts, cafes, shops, markets (last Sunday of the month) and the historic picture theatre.

The beautiful village of Terrigal is just over the hill (2 minutes drive) where you can book in to dive the HMAS Adelaide. There are many reputable restaurants and cafes in the area. Why not take a whale watching tour?

Please note that the longer you stay the less you pay per day.

The fully fenced yard and BBQ area is perfect for those hot summer afternoons with a shady spot to finish the day. The property is north facing so you get the sun in winter and the shade in summer.

Please be aware this property does not allow pets.
No smoking allowed inside.
Minimal noise after 11pm and quiet after midnight please.
Maximum overnight guests not to be exceeded.
We are halfway between Sydney and Newcastle.
It is an easy one hour drive from Sydney, Newcastle and the Hunter Valley.
Please be aware we DO NOT cater to schoolies groups or parties sorry.

Lovely home and so close to the beach!

the owners have done an amazing job with this home. It's got everything you need for a holiday and is walking distance to North Avoca beach. This is a blessing when you have kids! The beds are super comfy and the air conditioning is so good after a hot day in summer.Hope to come back again soon!

Comfortable, easy access and well presented

Really appreciated the host of this property, allowing late check out as we had a funeral to attend. Easy to check in, great location in a beautiful and quiet area and parking was easy. The property is clean and tidy, well presented and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay as a big family. We liked that there were two toilets and a big comfy lounge. The only negative was the water pressure. The shower was very weak, it made it hard to wash hair. The outdoor shower should not be advertised as the water pressure is so weak from the outdoor shower, it wasn't usable. We come from an area with no water restrictions, perhaps you need to use water pressure limiters due to water restrictions and this is the reason for limited water pressure. Whilst it is annoying, it would not stop us from booking here again. We had a lovely time despite our reason for traveling.

Property comfortable in good location with great outdoor area. However could do with more kitchen utensils. Sleeps 8 but only 4 mugs, 5 mismatched wine glasses, mainly plastic crockery, no BBQ utensils. No coffee machine or basic pantry supplies provided.
