The 4 bedrooms family home comes with BBQ grills designated workspace, and a full kitchen that provide guests with a dishwasher, and oven, a washing machine, a microwave, and a toaster. the kitchen is fully stocked w/ cookware, utensils, coffee, and other kitchen essentials as well. The flat screen TV in the the living room and 3 other bedrooms will give you access to all your favorite streaming apps keeping you entertained through our high speed WiFi.” Guests have access to Netflix account as well in the living room. The laundry room comes with a washer, dryer, and a laundry detergent.

Sleeping:
The main bed is king size with a brand new comfortable mattress and a brand new comforter sets. The other 3 bedrooms have brand new full size beds with beautiful comforter sets. The living room has a comfortable wide sofa.

Bathroom:
Full size showers come with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There will be plenty of fresh clean bath towels, hand towels, make-up remover towels, and hand soap.
 
Kitchen/Dining:
The kitchen is fully equipped if you prefer to stay in and prepare your own meals. All cooking basics (cookware, dishes, silverware) spices, along with stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender and fridge are ready for you to use.

This home was not clean what so ever. We washed dishes before using them and didn’t even think about taking a shower. There was dirt and hair in the master shower with a hole in it as well. Junk in the drawers and trash. There is a ton of trash in the back yard and the swing set needs to be hauled off. The beds were clean but I’m glad we’re only booked two nights.. we will not stay here again

The check in process was easy. Photos are out dated but pretty accurate. The backyard needs work. The playset is not safe and needs to be removed. Our first day, we found the shower not working and leaking. No urgency from the owner. Overnight the bedframe collapsed. We found the bed wasn't assembled properly. Communication with the owner was minimal. No action for the needed shower repair. The home was the perfect size for the party of 7 But it does need attention and a deep cleaning.

relatives came some for a few days and some for longer.A beautiful grand-daughter was proposed to at the grand canyon on this visit.This home was easily used by daughter using power wheelchair and other adaptable equipment. This was our second time here and we surely hope we can come again. Tony was the best host ever!

Was perfect for us with 4 bedrooms to allow all of us room to stay. Was in a nice, safely rated neighborhood very convenient to I10. Owner was very responsive any time I had questions and it worked perfectly for us. Beds were very comfortable, skylights gave nice light during the day and really enjoyed the outdoor patio. Noted from other reviews on couch being lower than normal and can confirm it would be hard to get in and out of if you're older but is very comfortable once there. Also, shower in common bathroom was low on water pressure, but the other shower was really good so we just all used that. Everything else was great and I'd definitely stay there again.

It was clean. Our 1st night the A/C wasn't working. Technician came out next day and said something had shorted. The wall outlets are so loose, it was hard to plug anything in. One of the main reasons we chose this property was the swing set for my grand baby but it was falling apart and not safe. The light in the hall bathroom flickered so bad it made me nauseous to go in there. The couch is so low even the younger ones had a problem. But it was great for the baby. The pictures looked good but the home is really run down. Even the locks on the doors don't work very well. I wish them success but the house is a disaster waiting to happen.

House had a good family feeling. Very clean. Decor is dated. Couch was too low for my senior body to get up from. Good water pressure. Kitchen set up nicely. Cold water in fridge. Back yard and patio was not attractive. Those things wouldn’t stop me from recommending a stay here. I would stay again.

“Newly remodeled” and “well stocked kitchen” couldn’t be further from the truth. First the good: Bedrooms and living room were relatively clean, bathrooms were as clean as they could be. The kitchen has barely anything to cook with. Bring your own ice tray. There was no dish soap only one garbage bag, no laundry detergent. the cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms are so old and rotting. There was mold growing near the garbage. The sliding door in the master bedroom was broken and filthy. One of the bedroom doors wouldn’t close because the latch was loose and just fell right out. And please don’t bring your dog here. They will not be safe in the backyard with nails and broken fencing. We wondered why the price was low, but it was still way too expensive to stay in such a decrepit house. Nothing about this house has ever been remodeled. the beds were uncomfortable extremely soft and obviously very cheap. The couch too. We had fun we could just laugh about it. But it’s important to know what you’re getting into if you stay here.
