"Breakfast and dinner were of amazing quality with superb service! The hotel in general plus rooms and spa were beautifully maintained and clean."

"Overall it’s an excellent hotel with a great vibe, large amounts of space and clean. However some spots were missed in the last clean and when I first got to the hotel, there were hairs on the toilet seat, crumbs on the kitchen floor, sticky residue on the kitchen table that I assume was from spilled soda and a black stain on the floor. But the bed was clean, the room overall was comfortable and I would definitely recommend it. "

"Stayed at 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge for our 5 year wedding anniversary and had an amazing experience. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and super helpful throughout our stay. Loved the relaxed vibe and casual style from the staff because it made the hotel feel comfortable instead of overly formal. The rooftop bar was next level with incredible views of the river and the Brooklyn Bridge. Very happy with our stay overall and would definitely come back."

"Staff ver accommodating, AC quiet, pillows and sheets nice, bathroom very disappointing.. a tub but no way to fill it and the stopper didn’t work, also the shower fixtures very confusing. The vanity way too small. Location very busy."

"Great location, friendly staff, and close to many restaurants, shops, and things to do. Easy to get around on foot or by public transit. The hotel offers great views of both midtown and downtown. So many great restaurants nearby, with Little Italy, Chinatown, and Soho within walking distance. The hotel offers good discounts to guests for many nearby restaurants and shops. Very quiet at night. Room was clean and fairly spacious. Highly recommend and would stay here again! "

"I had a very good two-night stay. Friendly staff, fun bar, good coffee and pastries in the morning. Adjacent bagel shop; didn’t try it but looked good. Hip vibe and interiors. Only one suggestion: lighting in the rooms was too low. Felt I was literally being gaslit. 😉"
