"Have been waiting on a refund from host for over a week. He has been contacted by VRBO & Expedia multiple times without response. I was not going to leave a negative review but the host has left me no choice. We arrived at the property on check in day to a *very strong* odor of moth balls. At first we thought it had just been closed up for a long time & that it would decrease with air circulation. Within 15 minutes, my headache was so bad that I ended up vomiting. "The location was wonderful. Other people reside in the house but they were quiet. The only concern is the coffee maker (Kuerig) needed to be washed out."

" Easy parking right out front, flat back yard (shared), comfy king bed, well stocked kitchen and bath. Close to UD and quick walk to several pubs and restaurants. "

"Overall the stay was decent. Street parking was required. The owner didn’t cut the grass and we wanted to enjoy the backyard and use the grill but didn’t due to bugs in the high grass. The outside trash can was very full, barely could fit our trash in it. The bathroom could have been cleaner, there was alot of dead bugs in the shower. There is only one farm door for the bathroom and bedroom next door. The location was great though. "
