"We never had a view, we looked out to the back of buildings,which was ok,we dont mind too much, the mattress was shocking, really saggy at the top end on 1 side, we ended up turning the mattress, as it felt like i was sleeping on a hill."

"A very cool/reserved welcome. Check-in seems like an effort. Quickly settled and sat outside for a drink - went inside because the language was disgusting. The swearing inside was no better and neither was the misogynistic comments from the senior members. Good place to stay but let down by the clientele"

"Andrew and Michelle are wonderful hosts and go above and beyond to make their guests comfortable - great hospitality.
The hotel is well-situated, just a short walk to the shops and across from the beach. Free parking is available around the side of the hotel, but the spaces are tight - just something to bear in mind when driving there.
Amazing breakfast! Clean and nice rooms, with tea, coffee and a kettle, and a lovely sea view. I would happily stay here again."

"Great hotel with character. It was nice and quiet. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Andrew was very accommodating and made us welcome. The rooms were very clean and modern. We were there on May bank holiday weekend, the hottest of the year and were provided with fans for our rooms which came in very handy. I would recommend the Queenswood Hotel for sure."
