"Easy to check in even we arrived after 11pm. Friendly staff. Near to everything like shopping mall & food etc etc. Very quiet. The only thing to improve the drainage from the shower room, heater from the shower & to clean the AC (AC is not that cold). If you are a huge foreigner (like extra large & above) I won’t recommend this place because the toilet area is really small. Overall our stay is really pleasant. Glad this place is clean. No bugs or whatsoever 👍👍👍"

"We liked Cocoon Boutique Hotel because of the friendly, kind and accommodating staffs. The location is also close to banks, good restaurants, coffee and bake shops. Our room was great and we have had a good night sleep because of the fluffy pillows and soft comforters. My family would want to go back again to this hotel in future vacations. "

"Although the room interior and amenities is superb, some supplies are lacking like no hair dryer, no spare toilet papers and the provided shower gel in the bathroom seems like it was diluted. Also lack of overnight staff especially housekeeping. Overall, this hotel is very clean and has very courteous staff. "
