"Upon arrival, we noted that the parking lot was empty. We walked into the office and it had a stale, sour smell. Being cautious, we asked to view the room before checking in. The clerk handed us a key card. We went to the room and tried to open the door. No luck. We peered through the window. The room looked dingy and dirty. The bed was poorly made. We returned the card to the clerk. Did not check in, drove another hour to the next town. I will never stay at this motel."

"This is the second time we've stayed here. We occasionally need to be close to Augusta Valley Health facilities. This will now be our go-to spot for that. It's been newly renovated and was very well done. It's always clean, and staff are very friendly and helpful. (Jamie is especially top notch!) The breakfast offers a wide variety of hot and cold options. I especially love it because they have gluten free items, including muffins. And all of this for a reasonable price. "Terrible check in experience. Front desk staff was confused and overwhelmed by reservation issues with other guests. Check in is at 3pm but room was still not ready at 4pm. Room seems to be missing furniture. Trash in stairwell. In my opinion, property is not well managed and whomever is managing the property is missing the details that would elevate a customer's experience."

"I’ll start with the 1 positive: the motel is close to downtown and the surrounding area is very walkable and newly redeveloped. We walked to a couple meals and really enjoyed them. HOWEVER… this was one of the filthiest, most dilapidated properties we’ve ever allowed ourselves to stay in. "Check in was suppose to be at 3pm, we arrived at 4:45 to no clean rooms. They tried to have us check into a dirty room and when I asked to just cancel the reservation (the place was notably filthy and there were several people waiting in the office because their room was also dirty) they informed us their cleaner had called out and they had 75 rooms that needed to be cleaned. They refused to cancel our reservation or refund us. Will never be using their services again."

"This was the worse place I ever been. Dirty place, the staff are always frustrated and care less about your questions. The breakfast was even worse. By 7am there’s nothing left and no one care to even restock some food. It’s just water coming out of the « supposed » juice machine, and no one to even put a proper juice in there. I stayed there for 3 nights,4 days and didn’t get to eat any breakfast and like you this place supposed to be breakfast included. Overall this experience was terrible....
