"When I booked the room I booked the room that had one wall of all windows in a view. So when I got there the gentleman put me into the first floor room. I asked what the view was and he said the curb. I requested he put me in a room like I saw in the pictures. So then I got moved up to a second floor room. Really no view but I was so tired. It's deceiving. The room itself is cleaned and good but be careful booking don't pay for any extra thing that you think you're going to get."

"Honestly, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. It was our first time trying this brand. The location is kind of odd as you have to enter from the back of the building. Not a great place to drop off luggage and check in. We had reserved two rooms. They were no where near each other (we did not have an early check in- we came well after 5p) and initially the first room we were given smelled like urine. I couldn’t stand it. We were given another room right away but after...

"The hotel is in the middle of Kinsale and so is a good spot to be able to explore the town. The downside is the availability of parking. We were able to park in a free public lot up a hill and just past a grocery store and firehouse, ( if you go you can find it on a google map ) and the walk was only 5-10 minutes at most and not a problem for most people. I'd do it again if in Kinsale. "

"Room was clean and really spacious. It was a bit of a tired space. The room was quite warm and lots of condensation on the windows resulted in water around. However, the hotel and bed itself were quite comfortable"
