"The staff were very friendly. Parking outside on the street was easy. The breakfast was really good (though cooked breakfast was an extra charge but we did not mind). The bed was softer than we like which is why I out the comfort at 4 but we would definitely stay here again if we were heading to the Cotswold area."

"Stunning visit- stayed just for 1 night but could not have been better. Upgraded room to Suite which was stunning. Flawless service, great food, and the Spa was brilliant. Thanks to all the team, really special stay. Feedback note- some confusion between kitchen and hotel services as to whether breakfast was included- kitchen disputed whether it was included which is a little awkward. Apart from this very minor note, was fantastic. "

"The sitting where we sat to eat dinner had tape all over the sit which looked horrible, dont think it should be used!! We sat for breakfast but no one said that breakfast was on its way, we had to ask for tea and coffee as no one asked plus breakfast seem to take ages!!
