This light, bright, modern and spacious four bedroom holiday home is located only five minute walk to the beach.

The Space:
With the room to sleep up to 8 guests this home boasts ocean views, ample outdoor entertaining areas, balcony, home theatre, wireless internet and all the modern conveniences you could possibly wish for a fun filled beach holiday.

Linen is NOT included at this property.
The property will have mattress protectors, pillows and doonas in covers on all beds.
Items you will need to bring are;
- Sheets and pillowcases for all beds you plan to use.
- Bath towels, bath mats and hand towels
- Tea Towels for the kitchen

Beautiful big and modern house, plenty of space and living areas. Great view over Torquay and beach (in the distance). Very quiet neighbourhood, plenty of parking. Was a fair walk to main town and main beach area, but Ubers were cheap and accessible. Taxis not so accessible in the area while we were there. Would be even better to have linen included. Loved the surround-sound music set-up also. Main bedroom was spacious and great.

Good place, enjoyed our stayed overall but communication with property manager was very poor. Didnt provide the WiFi password. Heaters didn't work so we had couple of seriously cold nights.

Great property, lots of room, nice view, very modern and clean, would stay there again. Our only criticism is that some of the mattresses are not great.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. The house is fabulous with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the different spaces. An easy stroll to the beach and a short drive to the shops. We hope to stay again soon.

Loved the house. Everything about it made our stay just what we needed. The entertainment system and set up is great. Would recommend this house to any age group due to the great setup downstairs for children. Loved every minute of our stay.

We had a wonderful week long stay at this property. The house was spacious and well equipped. There was space for everyone to spread out with 4 bedrooms and 3 separate living areas. An easy walk to the beach and a couple of kilometres into town. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for allowing us to stay.
