"Spotless room, almost everything was tickety boo. Except the TV in my room (138) was not receiving any signal and, thus, I was unable to watch anything on the night I was a guest there. The fault was reported to the front desk, but it was too late in the day for anyone from maintenance to fix the issue for me during my stay. As I was inconvenienced I managed to negotiate a compensation with James, who was very amenable and helpful. This included some free bottled water and a complimentary...

"Lovely place to stay, reception was very welcoming and the room was very clean. Comfortable beds and a nice size flat screen tv. Provided with shampoos conditioner and shower gel. Also teas and coffee. I will be returning! Thank you for our stay :) Didn’t have breakfast so couldn’t comment on that. Plenty of parking on the outside of the hotel. Free use of sauna jacuzzi and even out door swimming pool with garden. The only thing was there seemed to be no where to get a bottle of water....

"Working in area for business so thought I’d try something closer to the town due to evening plans. Welcomed on arrival (needed to phone number on door due to small team running the place) and showed to room (top floor…not ideal if you can’t handle stairs!). Room good size, plenty of home comforts and most importantly good bed and shower! Overall a solid experience and will be back I’m sure when in area. "
