"Where do I start when I arrived? I was greeted by Annette and Jade. They had to deliver me the bad news that I left my passport and credit card at the previous hotel in Bournemouth. They were absolutely lovely called the previous Hotel to say that I would be back the next day. The hotel is incredible sitting right on the water with spectacular views. Parking was very easy. "Beautiful hotel. Our room was immaculate, clean, fresh and comfortable. Had the best night sleep. Staff were super friendly and professional. Breakfast was cooked and served quickly, food my hot and delicious. High quality food. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in this area again. Perfection "
