The cleaning staff was amazing; the apartment was exceptionally clean.
The kitchen was fully stocked. Just odd that they supplied coffee grounds but no way of brewing them; an espresso machine but no pods (or reusable pods); and a dishwasher but no cleaning detergent. It’s not that it was an expectation, but it would have been nice if these were communicated before our arrival.
The staff were very helpful and quick to respond to questions via WhatsApp.
The 2 negative experiences we had were with the processes on how to check-in and the parking.
Firstly, it was not communicated that we had to check-in on an I-pad in a small hallway off the main lobby once we arrived; however the I-pad process itself was quite straightforward. It was also confusing that the welcome email called the front lobby staff “concierge” when really they were just building security staff.
Secondly, it was confusing on where to find the parking garage and how to obtain the parking spot information. After spending a lot of money at another parking garage, we reached out to the staff via WhatsApp to ask about the parking spot. From there it was quite easy to obtain the parking spot. They should have stated in the email that you need to request a parking spot prior to your arrival.
