Beautiful ocean view and beach

We were very happy with the room--it was exactly what we expected, though cleaner! We were there for the ocean views and spent a lot of time on the great balcony. And the gorgeous beach that was right there!

Inaccurate advertising & description

Photos of this do not fully reveal that this was a 3rd floor condo. Most of the island is comprised of detached homes, and that is what I assumed and available photos look like a home. However after an 11-hour drive arriving at 1:30 a.m., my 80-lb. dog would not walk up the stairs, which is necessary as the building has no elevator. This needs to be part of the description: condo/motel, no main level rooms exist because they got destroyed in a hurricane; and there is NO ACCESSIBILITY except exterior wooden staircase (no ramp, no elevator). I had to check out as soon as the office opened in the morning. In this day & age people can expect some handicap accessibility. This was very poorly advertised by VRBO and cost me my only vacation opportunity in 3 years.

It was affordable for beachfront, but not without reason. The biggest thing for me was the bed, pillows, sheets weren't that great, and that's all the place really offers so I would have hoped for it to be better - was just so-so. Exterior of property looks a bit run down.

Needed getaway

It had been a while since I’ve been to Topsail Beach. I knew it was a quiet and peaceful beach and that was what I needed. Check-in was a breeze. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. View of the beach was fantastic. It was a little bit of a drive to restaurants and there were places where traffic was congested but overall it’s a nice place to stay. I hope to return next year.

This was our furbaby's 1st family vacation. We were so pleased with everything. I have stayed with SeaVista previously and have always loved the area. We do plan on returning as much as possible. Thank You for Being the Place/People You Are

PDSD break

I just needed 3 days to get away from my house, my wife died June 24rd 2021 and I had to relax after giving majority of her clothes to Good Will. It was a much needed get away and the ocean, Topsail beach, and VRBO were just what I needed! Thank you!

Convenient and Clean

Our stay at Sea Vista was extremely pleasant. It has direct access to the beach, clean rooms, and a friendly staff- all you can ask for! We will definitely be staying here again and would recommend to others.
