"The tatami room was horrible and it’s doesn’t look like the picture. The tatami was black in color and ugly. Also I was charged tax for 4 Japanese citizen and one American for the room and I was charged for the Onsen when I booked the room through Expedia with Onsen. We are never staying here again. ..."

"What I loved about this place: very clean, v tastefully decorated, modern, massive buffet selection, rooms were great size. What I didn't like: while the buffet had a lot to offer there was but much fresh fruit and the eggs were a but average. Some of the staff were not that chatty and looked annoyed ..."
