"Great location however the room didnt have a thermostat to adjust the temperature, just an ac off, low, med or high. Also, no fan for the bathroom. The walls were paper thin and you could hear full conversations from your neighbor. Bonus was the luggage lockers for before and after checkout."

"An excellent stay at The Knot. They allowed me to check in early after a very long flight (no charge) and the staff were so kind. Room was amazingly big and clean. "Breakfast was under staffed so some items ran out. Elevator wait times were long. Bathroom taps were difficult to use. The concierge service was excellent."
