"We liked the Infinity pool but the deck around it was falling apart and there was bird poop all over the railings and the deck for the entire week we were there without being cleaned. The first breakfast we had outside a very large seagull took our food right off our plates and it happened to another couple upstairs those birds are a big problem. Across the parking lot from Pisa Centrale train station so convenient to arrive/depart and to do a day trip to in Cinque Terre. 25 min walk to Tower. Staff helpful. Room quiet and comfortable. Hotel and neighborhood felt safe. I would definitely stay here again."
