Situé à In Weidach quartier de Leutasch.Appartient à un ensemble de 5 chalets identiques disposés en arc de cercle mais sans vis à vis avec pour chacun deux places de stationnement. Les commerces sont à proximité ainsi que de nombreux départs de randonnées. La location permet de bénéficier d'une carte de réduction pour différentes activités comme par exemple le centre nautique de la station avec 4h gratuites...
