"Alles war in Ordnung"

"Bella la struttura, peccato per il garage inutilizzabile, abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare a 500m dalla struttura. Colazione Abbondante, personale gentile. Molto bella la piscina"

"It was a terrible stay After paying for a parking lot, we realise the basement car park was very crammed. There was no place to park and I ended up having to park at the handicap lot and risk being wheel clamp. But it was after a long hike and it was the hotel who explicitly disallowed me to park on the surface lot outside the hotel Next came the ground floor cafe/ restaurant which had flies flying around the pizzas. "While the rooms are fine , everything else the hotel offers is brilliant ! A location impossible to beat! The hotel breakfast with one possible exception at a Four Seasons in the Middle East, was the best ever ! Amazing ! Finally, the hotel staff was exceptional So helpful in every way. Especial gratitude should go out to the wonderful Vittoria and her assistant the very accommodating Olivier ! THey were THE BEST"

"The room was small but beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. It was cleaned every day and the coffee pods for the machine replaced. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We didn't have the daily breakfast, but we did book for the Sunday buffet which was excellent. The hotel is pretty central and was an easy walk into the old town. We really enjoyed a sunny afternoon relaxing in the peace and quiet of the rooftop deck."
