"The whole place is exceptional! We have stayed before and as a family it’s one of our happy places. Nothing is too much trouble, the staff are so welcoming and attentive, facilities are spotless and it’s a beautiful setting and interior design. The food wasn’t as good as our previous stays the restaurant was a little slow and our food was on the cold side but the charming staff made up for it. "Beautiful property. A bit of a rabbit warren but delightful to see the original features and feel the age of the building. Comfortable room and excellent bathroom facilities. Breakfast had most of what you would expect, I would like more fresh salad available. We especially enjoyed the walking route provided by the hotel, really lovely to get out and about in the grounds. "

"I enjoyed a relaxing stay at Brooklands Hotel for 2 nights. The room was big and clean. The bed was super comfortable and dreamy. I also enjoyed the spa and the deep tissue massage by Esther. I was impressed with Olga's customer service at reception. She was warm, caring, patient, and professional. I will return to Brooklands Hotel, by God's grace."

"Very enjoyable stay for a Christmas event. The food, waiter service and music/DJ were all excellent and the photography was an unexpected highlight for the evening. My only comment is the room could have been better decorated with Christmas decorations as the outer edges of the room were quite bland."

"Beautiful and close to Heathrow, the perfect place to stay before departing for New York between London and the U.S. I absolutely loved the grounds and the gardens, even in the winter. The wood and detailing of the manor were lovely, and the wood gireplaces and Christmas decor was so perfect."
