"All staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Whole process of check-in and checkout very easy and seamless. Bed was very comfortable and shower was lovely, breakfast was nice with many options. Enjoyed our stay."

"Truly a gem of a place to stay . We had wedding reception to attend at the stag so booked two days . The management and staff were so professional which put them up with five star status. The pub restaurant was alway fully book a reflection of how good the food is . I gem of a place and will definitely return . "

"What a gem! If you are looking for a charming and affordable place to stay in the London area, look no further. Located in adorable Godalming and a quick 45-min train ride into the heart of London, the Rose and Crown was perfect for our family of 4. We stayed in the Juliet room, which has two separate sleeping areas: a very comfortable queen bedroom with en-suite, and a secluded little Hobbit room for kids (the beds are small, so it’s not ideal for taller teenagers). "We stayed here in the Tudor 4 poster room. While some of the reviews mentioned noise in some of the suites, we only heard guests downstairs when we were in the bathroom and then only in the afternoon. It was quiet in the evening / night. It was a great place to stay after a 5,000 mile trip from the Western US and recover from jet lag before going on to meet friends and family elsewhere in the UK. (It’s about a hour from Heathrow). "We love Four Seasons Hampshire so much! This was our 4th stay and it was as excellent as ever. This is a five star hotel so be prepared for five star prices, but the staff and service make it all worth it. We’ll be back next summer and are already looking forward to it Two nits: First, they used to have an art sculpture on the front lawn that has been sold to a guest. I was sorry to hear this, but really think the front lawn needs another piece. Hoping we’ll see one when we visit...

"Easy check in and loads of parking. The room was absolutely amazing, we were outside so felt like being in a cabin overlooking the garden. Bathroom was huge and clean. Went to the bar in the evening and the service was great. Can't fault this hotel"

"I had a very good stay and the breakfast very nice and good service. Easy to gain access with a phone number if needed for queries. A quite area. The room and house was clean and had good communication with the owners. The room was perfect and a good shower and tea and coffee facilities and comfortable along with a tv. "
