"Searched specifically for a hotel with a pool, turn up at the pool to find out that kids are only allowed in for 2 x 2 hour sessions. Only a fan in the room, no air conditioning, so no one slept well."

"I arrived at the park to be told that the hot tub I had paid for wasn’t working. I was refunded £100 which is what I paid for it. It wasn’t fixed during my stay we had 4 night stay. "It is what it says on the tin. Nice country side, animals around. Did not see anyone at checkin all info was sent via email (which was exhaustive), which felt a bit inpersonal. Nice close walk and easy reach to local sites"
