Beautiful views from the center model of a small three home resort like complex, with the river running by it! The old Golf course is currently closed and turned back to natural wilderness with a lot of trees and home to wild life.
Guest love this floor plan with two bedrooms on opposite sides of house, with two bathrooms. An artistically designed Santa Barbara style home, looking out on large vistas surrounded by hills and wildlife. It is usual to see deer, wild turkey, quail, hawks, red winged black birds, owls, wild boar the occasional bears and much more. See photos for views.

This home is secluded at the end of a private cement lane, just a short walk to the shopping center, with two restaurants, thrift store, grocery store, and post office.

You will secure your vehicle in a private two car garage, and come to the front door through a private courtyard.

You are about ten minutes from the Sequoia National Park Entry.

The floor plan is open, with complete kitchen, living room and dining room. There is an outdoor bbq and patio just off the dining room for relaxing with spectacular views.

This property has a full size washer and dryer along with soap at your service indoors.

Comfortable patio furniture on the patio for relaxing with coffee or as you bbq in the evenings. A great comfortable base camp for exploring the National Parks. The Kaweah River runs by the property.

The place was fantastic—an ideal spot to unwind after a long day of exploring the park. It had everything needed to relax and recharge, making it easy to wake up refreshed and ready for the next adventure.

The rental was clean and the location is great. It is close to Sequoia National Park and located right by a grocery store and several restaurants. The overall feel of the rental is dated. The mattresses are fine but not great. Overall it was good for the couple of days we were there.

Very clean. Kitchen is good but some details missing to make it great like basic slices (there was no salt). Water pipe noise in the master shower. Nice to have a garage. Overall great!

Fabulous location- very quick to get up to Sequoia National Park. The house is very comfortable and well set up with everything you could need. I found it to be very quiet and peaceful with the sounds of the river in the background. Also a short walk to coffee, food and groceries. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great: . Great size, layout, back yard, privacy; wouldn’t have guessed the center unit of a triplex could be like this. . Comfy beds . Responsive host . Removable (hand-held) shower head with adjustable water strength in both showers . Backyard in nice shape, nice furniture, flowers, etc, backs to golf course . Ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living room . A helpful binder with area information and house rules Not as great: . Couch was very soft, hard to get up from . A bit hard to find in the dark the first time, even with host’s instructions (though these were essential, thanks) . Would benefit from towel racks next to sink counter in both bathrooms (as would many other VRBO properties and hotels) . Some of the furniture has changed since the online pics were taken, but still as functional . Checkout instructions were different in 3 different places, but none were onerous so we did it all.

Looove this place!

This cute little place is nestled in a very quaint neighborhood. The house feels like a home away from home. It’s very clean and cozy. The pictures from the host do not justify what it’s like in real life. We love our stay here the best out of the four places we stayed at during our vacation. The host is very friendly and reliable. This is a must see! Hope you enjoy this place as much as we did.

The location of the property in Three Rivers provides excellent access to the national parks as well to local shops, restaurants, etc. The unit itself was very spacious and well equipped. Having a two car garage was a real plus given the daytime heat. The host (Pam) was very accommodating to our needs and pleasant to chat with. If we return to the area, we would definitely stay here again.

3 Rivers Gem

Besides the AC wouldn't get cold enough and the hot water was scalding this place is a wonderful gem. The place was clean and the beds were very comfy (although we left our down pillow unfortunately). The kitchen was a joy to cook in and so well stocked with utensils. We so enjoyed our stay I would recommend this to anyone! Thank you Greg and Pam!

Beautiful property

Beautiful property that we shared with friends. The layout is perfect for two couples. The house was comfortable with plenty of seating in the living room. The beds were wonderful. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked. The back patio was relaxing. Would definitely return.

Summertime in the Sequoias

We had a wonderful stay! Easy drive into the park each day from this location (once you adjust to the mountain roadways). We were so close to great restaurants, shops, a small grocery market and the entrance to SEKI! Our friends stayed in the adjoining triplex and it made traveling a friends so easy! The house was perfect for family. The turkey family living nearby was cute to see in the early mornings strutting around and we loved the fast little porch lizards too!! Great stay thank you!
