A hotel employee reported this was because of the nearby airport. I was told by a guest that only some carriers have a problem. The Courtyard charges $20/day for parking. "Great location! Close to airport & freeways as well as multiple eateries. The only thing the bathroom sink didn't have a lot of counter space and there weren't too many hooks for towels/clothes."

"Air conditioning smelled, didn’t provide with amenities/ utilities. I’ve stayed at hotels and they all provide with toilet paper, hair products as in shampoo/conditioner, iron, ice machines, etc. There were some areas in the bathroom that were dirty. Staff took a picture of me after checking out which doesn’t make sense because the hotel was paid for and left on property timing and it’s an abuse against my will without my permission.
