"The property was accessible to transportation which was ideal for getting into London centre. It was also ideal getting to Heathrow. Staff were very helpful and always friendly including staff at breakfast. Having a mall nearby was also helpful."

"Staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating at all times. Happy to help with our plans for getting to different parts of the city. My room only seemed to have one plug point to plug phone charger, hairdryer etc in and it wasn’t in the right place but such a small thing when everything else was great. Breakfast was varied and plentiful."

"We wer upgraded to an apartment like room/ place which was big and had everything including washing machine and e big kitchen with everything in it to cook etc. The upgradding was a surprise as it came as my birthday - gift ! It was close to ABBA ARENA Will absolutely return...."

"Sehr gute Lage in einem riesigen modernen Einkaufszentrum mit sehr guter Anbindung, sehr gute Ausstattung der geräumigen Zimmer mit einem Küchenbereich zum Selberkochen. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr reichhaltig und gut, kein Schlangestehen. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich. Einziges Manko in unserem Zimmer war die Lautstärke der Klimaanlage, auch die eine oder andere Fuge im Bad könnte neu verfugt werden."

"Great location for the MOTH club which is where our event was. Room was warm and cosy. Bed was comfy and overall loved it. Such a nice welcome from the member of staff who was also working the bar. Simple, cosy place to stay. "

"Run!!! Stayed at this hotel for a wedding and the staff was thoroughly incompetent. Our reservation couldn’t be found and the front desk overcharged us and put us in a spare room not even listed on the website (double bed and no working AC). Miserable experience from start to finish. We were far from the only wedding guests to experience issues with check-in and AC."

"Great pub underneath with super friendly and helpful staff, happy to put Rugby on for us and added bonus if staying discounted drinks. Room was clean, bed was comfy and shower was great. Secondary glassing meant that even sat night was quiet and no noise heard from the pub either. Seemed to have a leak in hallway but didnt impact out stay and they were addressing. Tube close by and park, free parking at weekends 17 min walk away which was great. Would stay again"

"The location is good , near Bus & Rail stations. Rail to the West End takes only 20 minutes but can be super crowded before 930 & in the evening rush (take an Anglia train to avoid the worst of the crowds. Check in very smooth & no queues. Room fine as always. I love the cooked breakfast BUT the plates for eating one's breakfast off were COLD ! 3 days out of 4 , breakfast room not busy & could have a relaxing meal, but on the 3rd day it was full - a football/rugby team and it's staff seemed to...
