"Great location. Basic clean safe lodging. Some confusion with the Expedia reservation at check in. It seemed they were aware of communication issues between the two systems. Resolved ok, but no apologies.... Our room was efficiently laid out. That is to say no wasted space. Or much room to stretch. Coffee, fridge, sink etc a nice touch Bathroom tight. TP holder was trying to leave the wall. Must have been noticed by the maids as the roll was swapped. But it remained needing attention. Water...

"Really nice place. Nice views. Great location - quiet, but quick 10 minute walk to more bustling areas in Greenpoint neighborhood. Much better than staying at a hotel!"

"Our reservation was cancelled the day we were supposed to to check in. We drove all the way from Maine to Brooklyn for a much anticipated trip. It was very upsetting to arrive to NYC and find out we had no place to stay, even though i had made the reservation 2 months in advance. Totally unacceptable."

"Loved the staff. Beautiful “swan” room. I had a small room .., the Nook. - loved it….. I ate all the snacks in the mini bar. Hahaha Really good . Just a practical , well thought out space …. Central to cool stuff. Bed was amazing . Food …. Soo good ."

"Room was clean. Staff was nice. Wouldn’t recommend paying extra for the balcony rooms the balcony was extremely small. no chairs or anything out there we didn’t even end up using it. Our AC unit was broken it was just blowing out luke warm air on a 90 degree day outside. was brutal. brought it to staffs attention they said they’d take a look at it tomorrow but that was the day we were checking out so that didn’t really help us. Overall besides AC was a nice experience "
