"¡Nos encantó! El trato fue muy amable y familiar. En nuestro caso coincidimos con Guillermo en la recepción y nos recomendó lugares y restaurantes para visitar que agradecimos mucho. Recibimos una atención impecable.
La habitación era perfecta para cuatro personas, estaba muy bien equipada. La cama y el sofá cama, eran muy comodas y todo estaba muy limpio.
El desayuno excelente.
Ubicación perfecta.
Repetiríamos la experiencia. "

"The apartments was comfortable and larger than expected. It had basic facilities including a kettle and coffee. The block has no foyer and the reception area was tiny and functional, more what you would expect with an apartment block them with a hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful Though not always on site. When I came back to collect my case it was unsupervised and I was unable to find any staff numbers."

The mattresses were very comfortable and the temperature inside was perfect. The staff was very helpful at the time of keeping our luggage after check out for us to visit the city. I really appreciate that.
Some details as no towel for hands and not good coffee in the room were the only things I didn’t like.

"If you ever go to Liverpool please do stay in the Heeton Concept, the premises are real clean, the rooms are real big and comfortable, and the staff is just delightful, all the people who work there are very very nice. Specially the girls in reception. Also the location of the hotel is great, you can walk basically anywhere from there. "

"The access to the apartment on check in was very confusing and we had to provide a security deposit outside of Expedia, at a location off-site. Felt very suspicious.
Stovetop electrical did not work with main power switch. All the switches need to be labeled- the fridge was accidentally turned off by someone in my party trying to find light switches. "

"This is not a Hotel, this is basically an AirB&B with escalated prices for a room with shared bathroom and shared also with owner. The owner was nice enough but we paid £97 for night (not worth it) compared to £65 at Ibis hotel in Liverpool (Albert Docks) - air conditioning, own bathroom and much more comfort. This ‘Hotels.com’ need to vet what people are offering. I am actually quite offended by what I was offered and will now use other sites to book ACTUAL hotels! "
