"I had to have my room key reset after every use. And my toilet got clogged twice. The cleaning staff spoke no English which made it difficult to communicate. I'll look for other accommodation next time I visit. Also you have to pay to park in 100 degree heat"

"I was happy to walk into a cool temp room from the heat. Floor in our bathroom would come up from the flooring when you stepped, weird! The tv I had to adjust cause there was no picture. Second day we were out of water for 5 hours and weren’t notified about it. A few other things weren’t cool but needless to say I wouldn’t stay there again. Oh and breakfast was whack. "

"We stayed there twice, a week apart on our way to and from California. The hotel was disgusting. The rooms smelled of stale coffee, the bathroom grout was full of mold. The ice machine can’t have been cleaned ever because we were pulling out cubes filled with black mold and sludge. The breakfast wasn’t any better. The scrambled eggs were burnt and wet. There was a puddle of condensation at the bottom of the eggs… plus the turkey sausage was so dry the skin was pulling from the meat and it tasted...
