"What an absolutely remarkable place! It genuinely feels as though a beautiful piece of historic Italy has been transported into this Chicago neighborhood. The architecture, thoughtfully selected ornate decor, warmth, and attention to detail create an atmosphere that is both elegant and incredibly welcoming. This is not simply a place to stay. It is an experience. And then there is Gina! Her hospitality is in a class of its own. From preparing a wonderful breakfast to serving homemade banana...

"Very disappointing — Luxury prices, substandard service. Having enjoyed a previous stay at one of the Nobu Hotel Chicago suites, I was shocked by the decline in service during our recent visit. 1. Credit card charge: At check-in, staff explicitly confirmed I could pay in cash at checkout, yet the hotel charged my card against our agreement, without my consent. 2. "La habitación/departamento muy amplio, con una cocina bien equipada, los amenities del edificio geniales! Me volvería a quedar aqui, espero mas tiempo"

"Todo excelente, el hotel, el personal, los transportes cercanos, una tienda de conveniencia a la vuelta, super bien ubicado, todo perfecto."

"The room was nice and staff as well They don’t include breakfast so be prepared. My only note is that they don’t do the extra mile for you as a guest. If you have a special request or they know you need something extra they won’t offer their help which I know they don’t have to but it just feels like staff only does their job because they have to they won’t go beyond that."

"Todo el servicio muy bien "

"Location was convenient. Located in a safe area where everything was walkable or close to subway entrance. Good local restaurants and shopping."

"It was a great experience, we loved the atmosphere! Perfect for a great weekend in Chicago."

"Super buen ubicado el hotel, nos vinimos caminando del concierto. Pero si se sentía bien chica la habitación. Muy amable el personal, limpio y bien frío el aire acondicionado"

"Great place location and great was Carlos in the lobby supporting us in every aspect, nice rooftop, unfortunately one of the air conditioners was noisy (very noisy) and the other was broken generating a water leakage in the room. The carpet was so wet we couldn’t walk close to the air conditioning and it wasn’t repaired. They just placed a huge and more noisy fan than didn’t solve the problem. The pillow smelled doggy, I know Lincoln is pet friendly but shouldn’t be odor friendly. Hoping to...
