"Nadie fue a limpiar nuestra habitación a pesar que lo pedimos "

"What an absolutely remarkable place! It genuinely feels as though a beautiful piece of historic Italy has been transported into this Chicago neighborhood. "Habitacion impecable.Buen desayuno muy amables los de la recepción..Me encanto "

"The room was nice and staff as well They don’t include breakfast so be prepared. My only note is that they don’t do the extra mile for you as a guest. If you have a special request or they know you need something extra they won’t offer their help which I know they don’t have to but it just feels like staff only does their job because they have to they won’t go beyond that."
