This was my first stay here and I was quite disappointed. The price is good, but the area didn’t feel very safe and the check-in process is inconvenient. Four Points by Sheraton London
Building is massive but once adjusted it was great. Amazing rooms, staff was amazing at front desk, only downside was that the pool was freezing.
