It’s a beautiful property but a lot can be done to improve it .. The food wasn’t very ideal for everyone , can you plz get a chef that can make regular buffet for foreigners please . The WiFi kept going on and off it’s frustrating if you’re in a foreign country . Other than that it’s a beautiful property , great staff just needs to be updated the furniture isn’t stable , the food is not good at all . It’s nice they have an airport shuttle makes it so much easy to get to and from the airport . Iryn N

This is a lovely hotel, very comfortable bed, convenient location in Stone Town. The staff is very nice. However, we will never stay there again as we had major security problems. Items of ours were hidden so the staff could keep them once we left (we found my husband's had, lost my $80 sandals which were not in my suitcase at the next stop. Much worse, all the credit cards in my wallet were photographed and $20,000 charges attempted, which results in ALL my cards being cancelled. I would have been totally out of luck when I got to the next destination and had to rent a car.
