"Great place. It was even better than we expected!"

"きれいなところに安く泊まれて非常に満足です。 平日のせいなのかそれとも19時に閉店なのか ホテル内のショップが閉店かお休みでした。 外に歩いて食べるところを探したのですが あまりありませんでした。 少し残念でした。屋上のスカイラウンジは景色がきれいでよかったです"

"食事も京都らしくて、大満足でした"

"Beautiful property and great location"

"Our room was clean and spacious. Finding it was a challenge for the local cab driver. The breakfast was just breads but I enjoyed the mugwort rolls! I’d recommend that they add a washer/dryer to some rooms. Also, the sleeping clothes were a little worn. Mine was missing an important button. The staff were friendly but it could be hard to communicate with them over the phone."

"Very nice Hotel in very good location and very giod metro connection. Staff was very kind and very helpful. I can highly recommend this hotel"

"La ubicación está genial, excelente servicio, sin dudarlo volvería a hospedarme."

"Amazing 10/10 service, staff are beyond nice and welcoming and made everything such a comfortable stay. Also everytime we called for something to our room it literally would take 1 minute to come!!"

"This is a great hotel, the staff are awesome, the service was great. The breakfast was very good. I would totally recommend this place."

"Helpful staff, laundry on site was convenient"

"Since we were not informed in advance that dinner reservations were required when booking the room, we missed dinner and were told upon arrival that all slots were fully booked. Dinner was a key reason we chose this hotel, so this was particularly disappointing. Additionally, there was construction noise outside the hotel during the night, which affected our stay."

"Stayed at Hotel Granvia Kyoto for four nights and loved the location — it's right inside Kyoto Station, so catching trains and the Shinkansen couldn't be easier. The room was comfortable and quiet, check-in was smooth, and having the station's shops and restaurants right downstairs was a real plus. Would happily stay here again on my next trip to Kyoto."

"Wow!! What can I say about the Mimaru Kyoto Station. This was our fourth stay at this magnificent hotel. The check in/check out was as friendly as you can get. The room was the perfect size for 3 people, and all the ammenities that came with it, but beyond all that, it was the staff, lead by hotel manager Tengo, that really know how to make you feel special. I just want to thank all the staff we got to meet and chat too over the 3 days/nights. All staff were friendly, engaging, and showed...

"after leaving a nightmare hotel in kyoto, we stayed here and it was much better but the bathroom had a mildew/moldy smell. grateful that the reservation was quick and check in went smoothly even just minutes after booking. able to get fresh towels daily which was nice as previous hotels during our stay was every 3 days."

"Love the design style of the hotel, you can tell a lot of thought went into so many details. Also appreciated it was close to Kyoto station, mostly used the buses to get around. And I found the best laundry place a short 10 minute walk from the hotel called sclaundry which was perfect. Everyone was so kind and helpful."

"As international visitors with several pieces of luggage, we faced difficulties during our journey in Kyoto because the hotel would not store our bags for an extra day after check-out."
