"酒店位於京都白川旁，感覺恬靜，景色優美。靠近市營地下鐵東山站。步行去河原町、南禪寺、蹴上傾斜鐵道、八坂神社等景點都是十至十五分鐘左右。整間酒店光線充足，不論是大堂或房間的裝修主題都以石和木為主。職員態度有禮，由於整棟酒店只有九間房間，所以職員們應該會記住每位入住旅客的樣子。 房間很整潔簇新，可看到白川河景。移動浴室木門偶爾會有小木刺掉落，不過只是小問題。雪櫃內有Perrier礦泉水、可口可樂、SAPPORO黑啤等。浴室有一個木製大浴缸，水龍頭流出的水有浴鹽味道(?)。打開浴室木窗便是大玻璃，玻璃下半部貼上了半透明膠紙，所以看不到河景。如果走太近的話，街上的人或許會見到住客的影子。洗手盆旁邊有Laura Ashley沐浴套裝和雪肌精護膚套裝，一般酒店都不會提供這些用品。 地下大堂是前台、guest lounge和食早餐的地方。Guest lounge提供許多食物和飲品如著名的京都北山malebranche茶之菓。雖然lounge晚上十點會關閉，不過酒店附近亦有24小時營業的超市和便利店。 酒店門外馬路狹窄，但勉強可以停泊一部車輛。即使呼叫的士也沒有大問題。 "

"Super location and quiet room with real Japanese style bed on floor. Practical for trips into town or further since bus stops are right beside the building. Locally within walking distance there are ramen restaurants also temples and the Philosophers path. Suited me perfectly as I don't spend much time in hotel I like to be out taking photos. If I visit Kyoto again I would love to stay here again."

"I was very disappointed staying here. The room was beautiful and clean, but lacked wardrobe space allowing for only a few things to be hung which was not good for our length of stay and very different to all our Japan hotel stays. While they had complimentary drinks at happy hour in the bar this was incredibly limited and didn’t have any beer. In the mini bar which was free for us, they had beer but no wine. "This has everything you need for a short stay and is in a nice neighbourhood with a Lawson next door. We chose the location as we had an event at Rohm Theatre. It was an easy walk to the theatre and nearby shrine. Room was clean and spacious with own laundry, kitchenette and loved the bathroom. Water pressure was amazing! Whilst not in the centre of Kyoto it had great transport connections. We used the bus a lot. Thank you for a great stay!"

"Nice quiet spot off the main road in Sanjo. Very close to Gion for nice night walks. Really close to the station to go to Fushimi Inari, etc. Staff was very helpful during check in but also helped us ship our bags. Three of us stayed in the premium triple room, and it was more spacious than I had anticipated! Very comfortable and quiet stay and was able to do laundry as well. For the location and comfort I would definitely stay again. "
