"朝食付き，とあったので安さで決めました。が、いざ行ってみたら"朝食あり"で申込まないと駄目との事。でも安価で申し込むと自動的に食事無しになる(客は知らない)仕組みになっています。 出掛けた先からホテルに帰るバスの案内が無く、ホテル従業員さえ知らず"タクシーに乗っても2千円以内だ"と案内するので 乗ったら3千円以上になり 次の日はバス乗り場が分からず2時間30分迷いました。 交通機関は表示するか 従業員がきちんとバス乗り場やバス時間等を把握しておいて欲しいです。 それは基本的なサービスではないでしょうか？"

"This hotel is amazing and the staff working there is awesome and always helpful. It's located right besides the famous 5-storey pagoda. All the attractions in this area are walkable distance. The staff is always there to help with any kind of questions and provide suggestions for anything. "The staff, service and food were exceptional. The location was perfect for what we wanted out of a four night stay in Kyoto. But, it was the staff that made the experience memorable. Some of the key spots are just around the corner from the hotel. Given the crowds during the day, it was easy to see them early in the morning or after dinner when the crowds were much smaller. If you are looking for the perfect atmosphere from a traditional small Japanese Ryoken then look no further!"
