"Booked this hotel on expedia and we booked 2 quads room. Check in was easy on the kiosk but as we wanted the rooms to be close to each other, we have to queue up at the check in counter to get that settled, then we have to do another step to queue and the kiosk to check in and get the keys, the kiosks are super slow but convenient. "Overall its a good place to stay with family or friends. However, they should improve their sewage system as there is a strong stench in the toilets. Air freshners were probided upon request. Good to also take note on details such as providing handsoap in the toilets and kitchen as well. As for the gym, there should be a sign to inform guests to take the key card from the pool towel area. "

"Hotel located in a quite busy commercial area but that makes it convenient for meals and grocery shopping. Large reception area and restaurant. It has its own free parking in the basement. Chose to stay there as it was value for money and just a 1-km drive to the Genting Premium outlet. The triple room was really spacious but the bathroom was disappointingly small. The toilet bowl was leaking and the walls lacked proper attention for a 3-star hotel. Still, looking beyond all these, it is still a...

"The stay is good, check in is smooth n check out. The only things is last time they do provide free shuttle bus but now is being charge 7Rm per person. You can prebook the shuttle bus online at 6Rm per person. Since there is no free shuttle bus provide hence there is no need to book hotels around there. Is inconvenient to go anywhere. Overall the stay is good except for the shuttle bus service "

"Check in time STRIGHTLY starts at 3pm, although arrive earlier also need to wait till the time. Property is clean, neat & tidy. i booked 3 bedrooms condo due to we have 8 persons in this trip, all feels happy with the stay."
