"Booked this hotel on expedia and we booked 2 quads room. Check in was easy on the kiosk but as we wanted the rooms to be close to each other, we have to queue up at the check in counter to get that settled, then we have to do another step to queue and the kiosk to check in and get the keys, the kiosks are super slow but convenient. This is an extremely busy hotel with lots of families as you can see in the lobby. There is no restaurant but there are vending machines selling drinks and snacks,...

"Overall its a good place to stay with family or friends. However, they should improve their sewage system as there is a strong stench in the toilets. Air freshners were probided upon request. Good to also take note on details such as providing handsoap in the toilets and kitchen as well. As for the gym, there should be a sign to inform guests to take the key card from the pool towel area. "

"The stay is good, check in is smooth n check out. The only things is last time they do provide free shuttle bus but now is being charge 7Rm per person. You can prebook the shuttle bus online at 6Rm per person. Since there is no free shuttle bus provide hence there is no need to book hotels around there. Is inconvenient to go anywhere. Overall the stay is good except for the shuttle bus service "

"This property should be taken off from the listing. It only existed to bait those that are desperate and can’t find a place to stay. It’s too much of a let down to even describe the property. Just avoid at all cost."
