"Great location 15 minutes walk to the center, 2-3 minutes walk to the bus stop. Great view of the mountains with easy access to hiking. Staff are very nice, showed us the shortcut to walk to the city center. Enjoyed the breakfast, more food choices on weekends"

"The location was superb as it was literally a minute walk from the Grindewald station, and it's on the quieter side of the town. Staff were excellent, professional, helpful with advice. The breakfast was superb with a great variety and plenty of comfortable seating. The main issue was the hair found on blankets and in bathtub (photos taken, clearly not mine as I found them on arrival), there was also a red stain on one of the face washers/towels.
