"Due to a flight delay, we arrived at the hotel later than planned, but the staff were very flexible and accommodating, which we truly appreciated. At the restaurant, we enjoyed beautifully presented dishes and excellent drinks. The staff were incredibly friendly, and we were pleasantly surprised to find Japanese sake served in Switzerland. It’s a shame that we were dealing with jet lag during our stay — we would love to come back again and spend more time here."

We visited the Umami restaurant located inside the hotel, and the food was terrific. The bus station is located in front of the hotel, making it very convenient. If you prefer, walking to restaurants and stores takes around 20 minutes. You will enjoy the view"

The rooms were nice and cozy although I really think they should’ve put water for guests in a five star resort there really should’ve been bottled water there is nothing.
