Mandatory Guest Registration: In accordance with Spanish law (Real Decreto 933/2021), all guests over the age of 14 must complete and sign the official police registration form before checking in. This is a strict legal requirement for security and safety, and access to the property cannot be granted without it.
Respect the Neighbors: Our complex is a peaceful residential community. Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours in the evening and night.
No Parties or Events: Gathering of external guests, parties, or noisy events are strictly prohibited.
No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the bungalow.
Parking: Please note that the rental of the bungalow does not include a private parking space inside the complex, but there is plenty of easy and free parking available on the surrounding streets just outside.
Support Hours: Our customer support is available until 22:00. While the self check-in with the lockbox is extremely simple and can be done later, please keep in mind that we cannot provide active assistance or answer calls after this time.
