"We booked the hotel for a short break for our 10th wedding anniversary. The room exceeded our expectations and it looked much better then the pictures online. The restaurant was excellent, so was the outdoor swimming pool. The only thing that wasn't great was a corporate party taking place underneath our room which we were not told about at the point of booking. "The room is dated, some of furniture is old and has scratches and not functional. too crowded for a small room. The toilet flush is noisy and long to refill. No top linen sheet instead of a hot duvet. it's 30 degrees and no air conditioning, just a floor fan. I liked the rooms being celebrity designated. I stayed on Dolly Parton room. I liked the staff being friendly and helpful. the location is good, walking distance to east pier, and parking available for 24hrs. full English breakfast."
