"El hotel es muy nuevo y bien moderno. Realmente cuenta con detalles muy pensados para el pasajero. El problema que está en un lugar muy complicado de llegar y la zona es solitaria y no muy linda. Su cercanía al aeropuerto es una virtud."

"The staff were extremely kind!! However, the room had a bad odour and the bathroom had mould and the shower did not drain. The sink and the toilet were also gross.
We were able to get a great tours of Chiang Rai and the elephant sanctuary and the location was fine - close to the night market (but still far from other things).
Overall, I don’t want to insult the amazing people who work there, but I would not recommend."

"The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. We were assigned a room on the 4th floor, so we didn’t experience any noise from outside.
The only thing I would mention is that the breakfast was not great. Honestly, you can find many better breakfast options in the city of Hanoi for the same price or even cheaper.
The staff was wonderful and very kind, always assisting us with a smile."
