"Homeless guy sleeping in the lobby and staff refused to address it. Meth head zombie outside the room window walking back and forth. Requested a different room on the second floor which didn’t have outlet covers, a hair drier, or an iron but it did have a plunger in a gross plastic bag in the corner of the bathroom. Air conditioner controls were all busted out and didn’t work. Lobby carpet needed to be despirately cleaned. The breakfast was ok though."

"I spent almost $1,000 to stay at this hotel, only to experience what I consider a serious health-threatening situation. I didn’t complain during my stay because I checked out at 2:00 AM and just wanted to leave.
I stayed in an accessible room and was traveling with insulin that requires proper refrigeration. The air conditioner did not work for three days, which made my insulin unusable. The TV also didn’t work, and there were several other maintenance issues throughout my stay.
The sofa bed...

"Based on all the reviews. We were not disappointed at all. The rooms were updated and very clean. The only thing would be a nice coffee station at the front desk for the morning coffee we had to run to Starbucks every morning. All in all it was a very pleasant stay."

"This was our first experience at a bed and breakfast. I hope our next one is just a nice as this one was! Breakfast was Amazing the beds were super comfortable excellent water pressure for the shower! Extremely clean, easy to get to and from with a Lyft."

"We checked into our first room only to have a plugged toilet. When we called the front desk they dropped off a plunger and said we don’t have a maintenance man. After working on the toilet ourselves we finally asked for a new room. Our second room had very low toilet flush as well and we had to go get batteries for the remote. There was a light out on the vanity and I could barely see to put on my makeup. The bed was comfortable though and that was nice for a hotel bed. There was no in room...

"Don’t stay at this property. Overpriced , Very old hotel, more like a cheap motel , not clean, rooms were worn down and smelled. Staff both in person and on the phone were not friendly - lacked any sense of hospitality or friendliness . First room I was given was being worked on by maintenance . They offered me another room but it was unclean, dirty carpet and smelled like cigarettes- furniture was old and cheap . I ended up cancelled my stay and booked another hotel that was amazing ."

"Given a room with serious issues, we were denied a different room upon returning to the front desk . Said we could wait for maintenance to fix AC and bathroom back to room and no maintenance showed. So we decided to leave. Back to desk. Finally, after a private discussion by clerk with a manager ( who did not present themselves ) the clerk said we could get a free breakfast and wait for another room.
Terrible customer service, desk clerk seemed to be untrained, management unwilling to be seen....

"This place truly was home away from home. The staff was so wonderful and inviting. They cleaned the room each day and even did my little bit of dishes. Towards the end, one of the staff made the bed with my sons favorite stuffed animal as the center piece. He was overjoyed to see that. We will be coming back. I truly appreciate all the staff."

"This hotel was just recently renovated. The rooms are clean and well appointed. Staff are all nice and welcoming. Shops are located nearby for your essentials. It is a short drive to downtown Anchorage were most of the restaurants and shops are located. They also offer snacks and fruits in the lobby for the guests. We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel."

"This place was horrible! I’m shocked that it’s part of Marriott.
We were very disappointed. They don’t clean the rooms every day, which was unacceptable. The staff was unfriendly, and the young Asian woman working at the café laughed in my face when I politely asked if she could replace my eggs.
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I would never recommend this place to anyone."
