"It's a little gem!! Lovely location in Lincolnshire, near enough for the main birdlife sites. Run by Emma and Mark, a super friendly couple. "This was the second time we have stayed here. It is a hotel in a listed building. The rooms are a little smaller than you might like but are very well presented. A listed building, so no air conditioning, small windows, no views and no lift. Bedrooms are all on the first floor so no good if you can't get up stairs. We then had dinner and had the famous ribs…we were all blown away by the quantity and quality of meat. The staff were incredibly friendly! The room we stayed in was huge and comfortable.
