This is due to the friendly welcoming warm staff - specially Rosie who couldn’t do enough for us, she happily showed us around the facilities and made us feel very special. The fun, colourful vibe and swim up cocktails were a treat and the room with the double bath was one of its kind and so memorable. The location is convenient to where my family live, and away from the city centre, but adjacent to the showground, so depending upon which activities people wish to access, may impact customers choosing this venue."
