"Stayed for two nights as attending a function locally. Accommodation perfect for us. Well appointed studio with en-suite shower/wc. Very clean and nicely furnished. Own entrance to rear of pub. Street parking plentiful and free. Pub restaurant had tasteful decor, friendly staff and good food. This would make an ideal base for touring south Lincolnshire or north west Norfolk. "

"We were only there for one night while attending a wedding nearby so in fairness our time at the hotel was limited. The young lady who greeted us was very friendly and helped us find a place to park a little way down the road. We had booked two rooms and our adult childrens’ room was very quaint and lovely. "I think this is the 3rd or 4th time I've stayed at Palmers and as always the staff were really welcoming. the pub has a great ambience and the food is excellent. Rooms are small but very clean and comfortable."

"We stayed here a couple of years ago and was hoping it would be as good as the last time we went. It’s such a stunningly gorgeous hotel, the rooms are so comfy and clean. We’ll be going back again we hope! "

"Lovely cabin with everything you need included. The scenery is lovely and cozy at night with the fairy lights. Nice interior, with a comfy bed. There are nearby amenities to order food to the cabin. Enjoyed our stay, only downfall is the ‘hot tub’ as there aren’t any jets etc you would expect in a hot tub, just a wood fire to warm the water. I think this needs to be specified as was disappointed it wasn’t a proper hot tub. "

"Staff were friendly and very helpful. Parking is hard to find as the address takes you to the front of the property but found it in the end. Food was delicious both breakfast and dinner. I will book here again when I am in the area again for work"

"Quick and easy check-in. Room was at very top up 2 flights of steps. The room was quite large with nice new en-suite toilet, sink and eletric shower. The bed was supposed to be a queen but looked like a double but it was very comfortable. The rate was reasonable. Its a pity the advert didn't mention the cheap parking at the old courthouse nearby. There was loud music from the bar at night although it didn't matter to us as we had been to a gig at the nearby gliderdrome. It was very clean. "

"400 year old building the room was very nice and clean and the staff was very helpful. The floors and stairs are a bit noisy (creaky) but it’s obviously going to be given the age of the building it’s quite stunning also has a nice courtyard and a safe carpark round the back. Overall fantastic weekend stay wouldn’t mind doing it again "
