"The location of this apartment is okay, and check-in was very smooth. The apartment is a bit worn in some places and could benefit from some maintenance, especially the windows, the blinds, and baseboard heaters are broken. The toilet was not cleaned and there was no toilet paper. I contacted the host and he did drop some off about 6 hours later. For the kitchen, the oven, underneath the sink, and the utensil drawer were not cleaned. A quick heads-up to future guests, bring your own linens....

It's people like Don and Cheryl and their nice place , why we try not to stay in hotels any more when we travel . If we are going to be in that area again , we will definitely stay there again if it's available. Don and Cheryl thank you for a great weekend get away . The Pepper's"

"This property was exactly as advertised and exactly what we were looking for. A great location in a beautiful neighborhood directly across from the train station that takes you into Philadelphia.
The room was spacious, comfortable and beautifully appointed. The host was communicative and very responsive when I had a question. We were very satisfied and I would definitely recommend this property to others."
