"We walked in and walked out. When you enter the outside door to go upstairs it was filthy...I have pictures! We hoped the room was better. It wasn't! The sofa was stained, the right arm was hanging to the floor and the left was was very loose. There was an unclean odor. We walked in took pictures and walked out. "This cute apartment had everything I needed for a 3 day conference stay in Philadelphia. This included the kitchen area and plenty of coffee--both Keurig and Drip pot.
