"The staff were amazing. By far the best customer service of any hotel I’ve stayed at. All staff were friendly, chatty and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The room was spotless and the cocktails delicious. Highly recommend staying here. They also offer a great happy hour including $2 oysters and whilst we didn’t get a chance to have happy hour we did enjoy our time in the bar. "

"The room was clean and spacious with adequate amenities. We had limited interaction with staff but the little we had was very good and friendly."

"It was a very nice, clean hotel and the staff was very courteous. It has a restaurant and bar, which was nice, but the one thing that was strange was the restaurant, Charcoal, is closed for dinner Monday-Wednesday, so we could only get breakfast and weren't able to have dinner there. But great stay otherwise, very centrally located and easy to get around from there. If I ever get back to Hobart, Tasmania, I would absolutely stay here again."

"Great place to stay for a few nights. There is a restaurant on site but we had a full kitchen . The unit is very clean and the position getting around Hobart is good with access to the highway ."
