This neat and tidy 1st floor unit is tucked away in the quiet section of the Golden Beach Esplanade.

The 2 bedroom unit features an ample size balcony, where you can relax and enjoy the view of the Passage through the large shady trees in the park across the road. Your family of 4 are comfortably accommodated.

Other features include a dishwasher, TV, DVD player, security screens & ceiling fans throughout. The unit takes advantage of the refreshing sea breezes straight off the water.

The complex boasts a security entrance, a sunny inground pool with cabana and BBQ area, in landscaped surrounds, as well as a lock up garage and even a sauna.

Take advantage of the Coastal Pathway right out your door, which will lead you to many parks and beachside BBQ's, as well as many great fishing and swimming locations along Golden Beach.

Please note that this property does not have air conditioning, however there are ceiling fans installed.

Linen
Bookings made after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

Què no li ha agradat: Neteja
We couldn’t check in until 3. Picked up keys. Unloaded then went grocery shopping. Came back to unit and cleaners had been in while we were gone. Not happy. Cleaning wasn’t up to standard. Won’t be booking if the letting agent in Caloundra is the same. Second time we have been with same agent. Cleaning of that accommodation was below standard too.
